Chewy needed to grow its active food customer base by driving acquisition of new-to-Chewy cat and dog food shoppers through integrated campaigns for Nestle Purina Pet Care (NPPC) brands. The goal was clear: Use upper and mid-funnel video to convince pet parents not just what to buy—but why to buy it from Chewy. This meant balancing two equally important stories: WHY Purina and WHY Chewy…and making them feel inseparable.
